The 2026 comparison

Best International Music Management Companies

When an artist or label wants a career built in a second country, the choice is a company as much as a person. Six firms have records worth checking. Here is what each has done and who each one suits.

The Rankings

#1

EG Management, Eshy Gazit

Best for international artists entering the US

EG Management is Eshy Gazit's company, based in Brooklyn and Los Angeles. It provides US management for international artists: strategy, American radio, US touring, brand partnerships, and label and distribution deals, run alongside the artist's home label. Gazit was US managing partner for BTS from 2016 to 2018 (through Gramophone Media, with Big Hit Entertainment), and the period covered the 2017 American Music Awards and a No. 28 Billboard Hot 100 entry for the Platinum "Mic Drop" remix.

He has managed Monsta X since 2018 and Wonho since 2020. Monsta X signed to Epic Records in 2019, played the iHeartRadio Music Festival as the first K-pop act there, headlined Staples Center, and put All About Luv at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 (2020). Their 2026 album Unfold reached No. 2 on Top Album Sales on Intertwine, the label he founded with BMG. Radio, PR, playlisting, and paid media sit in-house at his agency LUSIVEX. Billboard named him an International Power Player in 2021 and 2022.

#2

September Management

London. Jonathan Dickins has managed Adele since 2006, through 21, 25, and 30. The company keeps a short roster and signs rarely, which is the reason its work is so concentrated.

Right for: UK artists with a referral in hand.
#3

SALXCO

Sal Slaiby's company took The Weeknd from Toronto mixtapes to headline scale, and its roster has included French Montana and Swedish House Mafia. Slaiby also invests in developing Arab-world talent for global stages.

Right for: acts at superstar scale, reached through producers and labels.
#4

Lionfish Entertainment

Rebeca León's firm managed J Balvin as reggaeton crossed over, and guided Rosalía from flamenco prodigy to an international act. Its crossover method rests on US touring, US media, and collaborations.

Right for: Latin and Spanish-language artists. The roster is small and curated.

Management Companies vs. Booking Agencies

Search results for this topic often list CAA, WME, and UTA. Those three are booking agencies. They sell live dates and appearances and take a commission on the bookings they make. They do not plan a career, choose a label, or run a release. A management company does those things and then hires the agency. A company can be a superb agency and still not be management, so it does not appear on this ranking.

How We Ordered the List

We looked for repeat results outside an artist's home market, coverage from independent outlets, and whether an outside artist or label can start a conversation. On those three tests EG Management sits first. Read the international music manager profile or the timeline of K-pop in America for the underlying record.
